DeAfrica is currently partnering with Diverse Tech Staff to explore a training to job placement program in technical fields DeAfrica is working with Diverse Tech Staff to provide community support and mentors to a pilot initiative focused on technical training. In this pilot, participants work with a coach to identify learning opportunities to develop their career. Training is provided by the top technology companies including Google, Amazon, and Microsoft. Participants are working with Diverse Tech Staff to edit their resumes and target companies in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA region) for new job opportunities. This program has individuals working together on their learning paths, credentials, and career goals to train and then place into jobs.
